As a museum that presents Asian art and cultures, we stand in solidarity with Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities everywhere.

Asian hate, discrimination, misogyny, and violence has no place at the Rubin, and we condemn all acts of bigotry. We aim for all our visitors, staff, volunteers and collaborators to feel safe when they visit the Rubin, in person and online. We remain committed to being a place of cultural learning, offering a safe space for discussion and reflection about our shared human experiences.
